Maryana Zelinska

Maryana Zelinska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service operations and management within the technology sector. Currently serving as COO at BJet and Director of Service Operations at Self-ERP since September 2023. Previously held the position of Associate Director of Managed Services at SoftServe from April 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities included budget management, service pricing, and department growth. Maryana also developed a new line of 24/7 managed services at SoftServe, expanding the team from 4 to over 100 members. Earlier experience includes roles as Technical Support Team Leader and Senior Technical Support Engineer at EPAM Systems, focusing on team management, quality monitoring, and support operations. Maryana is pursuing an Executive MBA at UCU Business School and holds a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
