Laura Tapia

Laura Tapia is currently the Chief Product & Sustainability Officer at Björn Borg, overseeing the Design, Product Management, Product Development, and Sourcing teams since February 2024. Prior to this role, Laura served as the Global Head of Design, Sourcing Manager for Ski, Golf & Active, and Senior Product Developer for Active Wear at Peak Performance from January 2016 to February 2024. Earlier experiences include positions as After Sales Manager at GL&V (2015-2016) and various roles at Craft Functional Sportswear, including Product Manager for Trainingwear & Midlayer, Fabric Manager, and Product Manager, along with a project in Shanghai. Laura's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Sports Technology from Mid Sweden University, Design & Textile Studies from Textilhögskolan, Borås, and certification as a Group Fitness Instructor from the Scandinavian Academy of Fitness Education.
