Kat Singleton (née Murray-Clark) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in culture and people development within the technology and design sectors. Currently serving as the People & Culture Lead at BJSS since November 2024, Kat fosters a thriving workplace culture for a team of over 400 individuals. Prior roles include Culture Lead at SPARCK, where responsibilities involved enhancing team dynamics and local community engagement, and Director of Innovation at Breakthrough Global, focusing on implementing innovative strategies and digital transformation. Kat's creative background includes motion design mentorship, project leadership, and a strong foundation in graphic design, supported by a Master’s Degree in Digital Media Management and a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design.
