Melanie Sevilla is a dedicated professional with a background in customer service and team collaboration. Currently serving as a Curriculum Support Specialist at BJU Press since January 2020, Melanie oversees all aspects of customer support, including account management, order placement, and problem resolution. Previous experience includes roles in makeup artistry for Bob Jones University's drama series and as a crew member at Pyro's Fire Fresh Pizza, where emphasis was placed on quality and customer satisfaction. Melanie began their career as a Work Study Student at Rhodes College Data Services, focusing on document proofreading and team coordination. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Bob Jones University, earned in 2019.
