Joe Montenegro

Joe Montenegro is a seasoned professional in account and operations management with extensive experience in the restaurant delivery service industry. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Forrester since October 2021, Joe has achieved over 135% wallet retention and has been recognized as a Winner's Circle Qualifier. Prior experience includes leading client relations and project management as Operations Manager of People & Technology at DeliverClub, where Joe oversaw employee professional development and new client onboarding.
