Patrik Hohmann

Patrik Hohmann currently serves as Förvaltningschef Kultur och fritid at Bjuvs kommun since April 2023, and previously held various leadership positions at Landskrona stad from 2001 to September 2023, including Enhetschef and Sektionschef. Key responsibilities included oversight of multiple programs such as intensive family treatment, high-intensity youth support, and municipal leisure initiatives for youth. Patrik also contributed to developmental projects for youth at risk, and worked as a fritidsassistent at Haldex from 1999 to 2001.
