M.D. Monirul Islam

Md. Monirul Islam has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise IT Support, IT Governance, Product & Technology at bKash Limited since December 2017. Prior roles at bKash include General Manager and DGM & Head of IT Support Operations. Islam has also led IT support functions at Bashundhara Group for over a year, managing a sizable team and overseeing digital transformation initiatives. Previous positions include Deputy Manager at Banglalink, where responsibilities encompassed IT service planning and support for thousands of users, and a Specialist in Service Process Management at GPIT. Early career experience includes a System Engineer role at GrameenPhone and a Programmer position at Leads Corporation Ltd. Education includes a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology.
