Don Povia

Don Povia is an accomplished marketing and public relations professional with extensive experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Marketing and Public Relations for BYB Extreme Fighting Series since September 2022, Povia is also a member of ON_Discourse, contributing to a global community of business leaders focused on transformation through discourse. Povia's advisory roles include serving on the Board of Advisors for the College Gridiron Showcase, The Chordale Booker Go The Distance Foundation, and Grind With A Purpose. As a co-founder of The Outside Game, Povia has been instrumental in establishing a leading sports new media event series. Additionally, Povia is the founder of Transition Sports & Entertainment and previously held the role of Director of Sports and Entertainment at Carrot Creative. Educational credentials include a Master’s of Arts in Political Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Monmouth University.
