Alie Miller

Alie Miller, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist at BKF Engineers since June 2018. Responsibilities include new employee onboarding, benefits administration, leave of absence coordination, and employee relations, alongside managing wellness programs and safety support. Prior to this role, Alie held various HR positions at BKF Engineers, including HR Generalist and HR Coordinator, where contributions encompassed full cycle recruiting, internal training support, and organizing charity events. Alie began the career in education as a Teaching Assistant at Golden Oak Montessori of Hayward and as a Director for multiple camps at the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District.
