Kristin Lian

Kristin Lian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Since November 2021, Kristin Lian serves as Konserndirektør and Administrerende direktør at Hafslund. Additionally, Kristin Lian has been a board member at Arva AS and serves as Styreleder BKK nett for BKK since May 2022. Prior to these roles, Kristin Lian was Administrerende direktør at Elvia from January 2020 to November 2021 and held various leadership positions at Hafslund from 2003 to 2020, including Adm. Dir and Direktør Utvikling. Kristin Lian's involvement in governance includes board memberships at Smart Innovation Norway and SINTEF Energi AS. Kristin Lian has also contributed to national security policy as a member of the Sikkerhetsutvalget from 2015 to 2016. Educational qualifications include a degree in Elkraftteknikk from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and completion of the Solstrandprogrammet at the Norwegian School of Economics.
