Laura Snow

Laura Snow currently serves as the Head of People Strategy & Engagement at BKL since November 2023. Prior to this role, Laura held multiple positions at Advanced from October 2013 to September 2023, culminating as the M&A People Director. Laura’s earlier experience includes roles as an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, and Senior HR Administrator, alongside a brief position as a Prevocational Assistant at New York Services for the Handicapped. Additional experience includes a temporary HR administrator role at Advanced Computer Software Group Plc and administrative positions at Valiant Petroleum plc and State Oil Limited. Laura holds a Master’s degree from Cranfield University and has earned CIPD certifications in Human Resource Management from Kingston College.
