Faraz Cheema

Faraz Cheema, MSRE, CCIM, SIOR, currently serves as the Managing Director of Manhattan Office Capital Markets at BK Real Estate Advisors since June 2024 and is an active member of multiple organizations including the Board of Advisors for CREi Summit and various committees for The CCIM Institute. Faraz holds leadership roles as Vice President and Vice President Elect for the Mid-Atlantic CCIM Chapter and Admissions Chair for the SIOR MD/DC/Northern VA Chapter. Previous experience includes managing group principal and investment sales specialist at Coldwell Banker Commercial until May 2024. Faraz earned a Master of Science in Real Estate & Infrastructure from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship & Management from American University.
