Decie Worthington

Decie Worthington is an experienced environmental specialist with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as an Environmental Specialist at BKV Corporation since October 2020, Decie conducts environmental inspections, focusing on LDAR and spill remediation. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Devon Energy from March 2010 to present, managing 64 gas wells while also working as an operator. Decie's career began as a Lease Operator at C&D Production Specialist Co., Inc., where approximately 62 gas wells were managed, followed by a role as a kill truck operator at Nabors Industries, responsible for completion jobs on wells. Decie holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Eastern Kentucky University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Petroleum Technology from North Central Texas College.
