Bradley Severson

Bradley Severson, SE PE, is a seasoned structural engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Structural Engineering at BKV Group since July 2024, where responsibility includes leading the regional structural team for diverse building projects. Previously, Bradley held the position of Structural Practice Team Leader at GRAEF, overseeing the structural team in the Minneapolis office. Prior experience includes a role as Structural Project Manager at Kimley-Horn, managing technical aspects of building and parking design, and serving as Structural Group Manager and Partner at BKV Group, where oversight included structural design across multiple architectural offices. Additional experience encompasses a Senior Project Engineer role at Opus Architects & Engineers, as well as early career positions as an EIT Engineer at Meyer, Borgman & Johnson, Inc. and Opus Architects & Engineers, Inc., and as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota. Bradley holds multiple degrees in Structural and Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
