Emmett Houlihan

Emmett Houlihan is an experienced architectural designer currently serving as Architectural Designer II at BKV Group since March 2022. Previously, Emmett worked as an Architectural Designer at Baker Associates from November 2019 to March 2022, contributing to notable automotive projects such as the Twin Cities Ferrari dealership, which involved designing the building façade to align with brand standards and local regulations. Emmett’s experience also includes a role as Design Technologist at Radius Track, where responsibilities included designing sub-framing systems for complex buildings and coordinating with project stakeholders. Prior to that, Emmett worked as a Thermal Simulator at Intertek, focusing on thermal transmittance simulations and risk assessments. Emmett started the career as a Sustainability Intern at the University of Minnesota, promoting awareness of stormwater management. Emmett holds a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Minnesota, completed in 2013.
