James Van Sweden is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and construction administration across various organizations since 2000. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Administrator at BKV Group since September 2018, James's prior roles include Project Manager positions at Aero Systems Engineering and Tridan Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed managing airfield construction projects and providing technical consultation for complex military programs. James has demonstrated adeptness in negotiating delay claims, coordinating multi-site projects, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements in previous roles at companies such as Cutting Edge Contractors and Engineers and HTG Architects. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and the University of Michigan, respectively.
