Scott Harkins P.e. Se

Scott Harkins, P.E. SE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in structural engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Schaefer since August 2024, Scott has also held the position of Senior Structural Engineer at BKV Group since July 2020.
