Patrick M. Niederhauser

Patrick M. Niederhauser is an experienced professional in the fields of real estate consulting and SAP solutions, currently serving as Geschäftsführer at Niederhauser Consulting since June 2008. With a strong focus on management consulting for complex projects, Patrick has held various significant roles, including Subproject Leader for real estate at BKW AG and SAP Solution Architect for Swisscom. Additional contributions include serving as an SAP Expert Consultant at inpeek AG and previously as an SAP real estate expert with Etat de Fribourg and TheValueChain Switzerland. With extensive experience within real estate management, particularly in SAP RE-FX and Facility Management, Patrick has also coordinated development projects for Zurich's real estate management and acted as a Senior Consultant for multiple firms including E.ON IT and Itelligence AG.
