Peter Huinker

Peter Huinker is a seasoned professional in land development with extensive experience in business development and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Land Development at HR Green, Inc. since July 2009, Peter has a strong background in developing people and clients. Prior roles include Director of Land Development at SEC Group Inc., where management of site civil staff across multiple offices and oversight of large-scale projects was essential, as well as Project Manager at SEC Group, Inc. and Project Engineer at Smith Engineering Consultants, focusing on public and private sector projects. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and has also pursued studies at Loras College.
