Jeffrey Key is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service coordination, project management, and the cruise and vacation industry. Currently serving as Service Coordination Manager at B&L Cremation Systems Inc. since March 2015, Jeffrey also holds the position of Cruise & Vacation Consultant at Expedia CruiseShipCenters, where engagement with clients has been ongoing since March 2014. As the Owner of The-Cruise-Connection since August 2008, Jeffrey has developed entrepreneurial skills in the travel sector. Previously, Jeffrey worked at Bengal Industries from January 1986 to August 2008, where roles included Project Manager, overseeing new tooling and production processes, and Plant Manager, responsible for all aspects of production, maintenance, and facility operations, with international experience in locations such as Shanghai, Chicago, and Canada.
