Sophie Ianiro

Sophie Ianiro is a seasoned professional in content design and UX writing, currently serving as the Content Design Lead at BlaBlaCar since August 2021, where Sophie manages a team of Localization Specialists and Content Designers. Prior experience includes roles as Lead UX Writer and UX Writer at Doctolib, where Sophie established the UX Writing team and developed strategies for diverse markets. Additionally, Sophie contributed to the UX Writing landscape as a Mentor for a UX Writing Masterclass at The Design Crew, and has held positions as Content Strategist at AB Tasty and Inbound Marketing Manager at Jellyfish. Sophie holds a Master 2 in Marketing from ISEG and a Licence in Information et Communication from Universite de Lorraine, alongside an early qualification in Design et arts appliqués from Condé.
