Caroline Harbour

Caroline Harbour has a wealth of experience in the field of environmental health, with roles ranging from Senior Environmental Health Officer to Environmental Health Housing & Community Services Group Manager at Blaby District Council. Caroline also served as a Director at Harbour & Moore Ltd, an Environmental Health Consultants company. Prior to this, Caroline held the position of Acting Principal Environmental Health Officer at Broxtowe Borough Council. Caroline obtained their Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health from Leeds Beckett University and later completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Loughborough University.
