The current leadership team at Blaby District Council has a wide range of experience in many different industries. Many on the team have worked their way up through the ranks of various organizations, starting in entry-level positions and working their way up to management and director-level roles. Others have held various positions in sales, customer service, and finance. The team also has a wide range of educational backgrounds, with degrees and diplomas in subjects such as environmental health, management, parks and recreation, and business and history.
