Ciara Stephens

Ciara Stephens is an accomplished legal professional and angel investor with extensive experience in the technology and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as an Angel Investor at Black Angel Group since March 2024, Ciara focuses on supporting ethical, high-growth technology startups worldwide. Prior to this role, Ciara has held notable positions at Google since June 2016, providing legal counsel for Android, Play, and YouTube. As Assistant General Counsel at DIRECTV from 2011 to 2016, Ciara led the negotiation of significant content licensing deals. Ciara's earlier career includes impactful roles at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Waxploitation, and Nu Gruv Alliance, showcasing expertise in corporate law, entertainment agreements, and marketing.
