Sean Sleigh

Sean Sleigh, MBA, has extensive experience in the energy industry. Sean currently holds the position of Vice President of Permitting and Operations at Black Bayou Energy Hub since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Area Supervisor at Enbridge from April 2023 to November 2023. From 2014 to 2023, they worked at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP, initially as a Facility Manager and later as a Senior Environmental, Safety, and Regulatory Advisor. Their responsibilities included managing environmental regulatory compliance, developing policies and training materials, and overseeing a team. Before that, they held management roles at Dominion Transnmission, Inc. and Dominion Transmission Inc. from 2007 to 2014. In these positions, they supervised teams, ensured compliance with regulations, and improved inspection processes. Sean began their career as an Environmental Engineer at Dominion Resource Services from 2003 to 2007, where they managed environmental programs. Prior to that, they worked at Dominion as a Certificates Manager, administering certificates and supporting regulatory analysis for pipeline construction projects.

Sean Sleigh, MBA, has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, which they obtained from 1978 to 1983. Sean later pursued a Masters in Business Administration from West Virginia Wesleyan College, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, from 1986 to 1989. Additionally, they hold certifications such as a Certified Six Sigma Blue Belt from Six Sigma - Dominion Resources in 2013.
