Ashley Kramer has over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations Services at Black Bear Diner since July 2016. Previously, Ashley held the roles of Sr. Manager of New Projects and Development and General Manager within the same organization. Prior to Black Bear Diner, experience was gained at The Briad Restaurant Group as a Kitchen Manager from January 2011 to July 2016. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, earned between 2011 and 2013, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Antelope Valley College, completed in 2010.
