Peter Leiner

Peter Leiner, CIPP/US, currently serves as General Counsel at CentralReach, LLC, a position held since February 2017. In this role, Peter is responsible for overseeing legal matters related to SaaS platforms for healthcare professionals and educational institutions, providing guidance on healthcare compliance, FERPA compliance, data privacy, human resources, contract negotiations, and intellectual property. Prior to CentralReach, Peter held several positions at CR BillMax Services, including Sr. Director of Operations and Director of Operations, and worked as an Associate Attorney at Weiss Law Group from August 2013 to February 2017. Peter earned a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and a degree from the University of Central Florida.
