Carrie DeMallie is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in multi-channel campaigns and community outreach. Currently serving as the Senior Marketing Manager at Black Bear Diner since December 2015, Carrie translates initiatives into actionable tactics and manages cross-functional teams to achieve growth, traffic, and engagement goals. In addition, Carrie holds the position of Marketing Manager at Shasta Family YMCA and has experience as an Indoor Cycling Instructor. Previous roles include Director of Marketing at C2 Collaborative, where Carrie established a social marketing plan and directed a marketing team, and Marketing/Outreach Coordinator at Shasta Public Libraries, focusing on community programs. Carrie co-owned Penguin Paddlers Pro Kayaks and has extensive experience in professional communication and copywriting through Bizziwriter. Carrie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from California State University-Sacramento.
