Currently serving as Regional Director of Operations for Black Bear Diner since February 2020, J'Nel has previously held significant positions including Senior Director of Operations at TOMS King - Burger King, where responsibility encompassed over 50% of company restaurants in Illinois and Ohio. As Director of Operations at NPC International - Wendy's, J'Nel managed a portfolio of 185 restaurants across several regions, including Kansas City, Raleigh, Greensboro, and Salt Lake City. Earlier career roles include Area Director for Strategic Restaurants - Burger King, overseeing 42 locations and multiple District Managers, and General Manager positions at Longhorn Steakhouse and Ruby Tuesday. J'Nel's foundational experience also includes serving as an Area Manager at Denny's and a General Training Manager at Golden Corral.
