Stephanie Kvale

Stephanie Kvale is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in employee relations, HR compliance, and recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Black Bear Diner since September 2019, Kvale has previously held positions such as Sr HR & Recruiting Manager and HR Generalist at Owens Healthcare, where responsibilities included the full recruitment life cycle, benefits coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. With earlier roles at XO Group Inc. and the Village of Ruidoso, Kvale has demonstrated expertise in HR processes, event planning, training development, and compliance management. Kvale holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business with a concentration in International Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and completed general education studies at West Valley College.
