Robert Hanks

Robert Hanks has over 24 years of experience in the recruiting and talent acquisition industry. Robert currently holds the position of Director of Talent Acquisitions at Black Bear Technology Solutions, LLC since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant since 2013, providing recruiting services to small and medium-sized government contractors with a focus on positions requiring clearances. Robert also worked as the Director of Business Development at Pinnacle Recruiting in 2012, where they spearheaded business development initiatives and established new business opportunities in the federal and DoD sectors. From 2007 to 2012, Robert served as the Director of Recruiting at Consulting Services, Inc., where they built and managed a recruiting division and supported full lifecycle staffing for both internal and external positions. Before that, they held various roles at Proliant Consulting Group, including Director of Recruiting and SR Account Executive, where they managed a team and established long-lasting relationships with clients.

Robert Hanks attended Bryant & Stratton College from 1991 to 1993. During this time, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Sales & Marketing. Additionally, they also obtained another AAS degree in Business Management in the same period.
