Mikko Jokelainen

Mikko Jokelainen is an experienced professional with a strong background in project and engineering management, particularly in the fintech and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Black Belt Consulting since March 2023, Mikko previously held various key roles including Manager at Paf - Games Sport Casino, where responsibilities included leading the development of a cloud-native e-commerce platform, and Engineering Manager at Nets Finland, overseeing payment product development. As a Founding Partner at Oima, Mikko contributed to streamlining the hiring process through the startup SuoraTyö. Additional experience includes project management positions at Accenture and OP-Pohjola, focusing on banking and insurance projects, and managing Nordic retail banking initiatives at Fidenta. Mikko holds a Master of Science degree in Information Engineering from the University of Oulu.
