Anthony Johnson

Anthony Johnson has extensive experience in networking and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Network Technician at Black Box since September 2014, where responsibilities include Cisco switch port provisioning for Bank of America. Prior to this role, Anthony spent over a decade at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Field Technical Support Technician III, maintaining network infrastructure for thousands of users, and previously worked at Bank of America as a Network Support Analyst focusing on LAN/WAN hardware installation and troubleshooting. Earlier experience includes serving as a Desktop Support Analyst II at Barnett Bank, providing cross-platform support, and a military background as a combat operations unit member in the US Army. Anthony holds an Associate of Science degree in Applied Science with a focus on Computer Science from Central Texas College.
