Marci Bailey

Marci Bailey is a seasoned operations and customer service professional with extensive experience in managing service operations and projects. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager for the East Region at Black Box since November 2019, Marci previously held the position of Customer Operations Manager. Prior roles include Service Project Manager at McDonald Electrical Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed managing service accounts and projects related to electronic security and AV systems, as well as estimating, purchasing, and customer satisfaction follow-up. Marci's career also includes significant positions at LAN-TEL Communications, American Holt Corp., Vanguard Managed Solutions, and Staples, where expertise in operations, customer service, and project management was developed. Marci holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Education from Framingham State University.
