Jordan Barlow has over a decade of experience in the recruiting industry. Jordan began their career in 2010 as a Recruiting Advisor & Career Coach at Edifinder. In 2011, they joined Technology Navigators, Inc. as a Recruiting Manager & Trainer, where they managed a team of 10 and created a training manual and curriculum. In 2012, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant for Amazon and a Senior Recruiter (Consultant) for Demand Media. In 2014, they worked as a Recruiting Manager for Ringtail Design and a Senior Recruiter (Consultant) for Spredfast. In 2015, they joined HumanGeo / got acquired 3x by Radiant Group-> DigitalGlobe -> Finally MAXAR as a Sr Technical Recruiter. In 2018, they worked as a Recruiting Lead (Consultant) for Royce Geospatial Consultants Inc. and Director Of Recruiting for Black Cape. In 2019, they worked as a Recruiting Lead (Consultant) for TravelBoss. Throughout their career, Jordan has recruited for a variety of roles, including software engineers, geospatial analysts, proposal managers, product marketing managers, project & program managers, sales engineers, security systems engineers, DBAs, UX/UI engineers, and more. Jordan has also recruited for various geographical regions and helped initiate and execute a Radiant Solutions Recruiting event in Arlington 2017.

Jordan Barlow attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a field of study in Radio-Television Film.
