Lance Haines

Lance Haines has over 30 years of experience in the recruitment and geophysical industries. Lance began their career in 1981 as a Senior Geophysicist at Chevron Oil Corporation. In 1985, they moved to Exxon Mobil Corporation and worked as a Senior Exploration Geophysicist. In 1986, they joined SAIC as an Acoustic Systems Analyst. From 1995 to 1998, they were a Senior Technical IT Recruiter at CDI Information Services. Lance then became the Director of Recruiting at Management Recruiters from 1998 to 2009. During this time, they also worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at ITT GEOSPATIAL SYSTEMS from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2019, they were a Senior Technical Recruiter at Radiant Solutions (DigitalGlobe Humangeo). Lance is currently a Senior Technical Recruiter at Witnesstree, LLC.

Lance Haines completed a BS in Geophysics from The University of Texas at El Paso in 1980, with a field of study including Geophysics, Physics, Math, and Geology. Lance also completed course work in Signal Processing/Computational Physics at George Mason University, in the field of Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians.
