Kerry Smith

Kerry Smith is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and HR Coordinator at Black Cat Civil Pty Ltd since May 2017, Kerry has also played a significant role as Co-Founder of SalTy Souls Legacy Surf Charity since August 2018, supporting disadvantaged children through a funded surf program. Prior to these roles, Kerry worked at BMD Group Pty Ltd for nearly a decade in various HR capacities including HR Coordinator and Systems Coordinator/Payroll Officer, where responsibilities included recruitment, performance management, and payroll processing for a large employee base. Earlier experience includes serving as Logistics Coordinator at Galaxy Foods. Kerry holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Australian Catholic University.
