Gillian Leonard's work experience includes:

- Operations Manager at Black Cliffs Partners starting in February 2022. Responsibilities included project management, insurance renewals and tracking, client satisfaction and employee efficiency analytics supervision, expense management, HR team management, and company accounts administration.

- Office Coordinator at Path Integrated Healthcare from July 2021 to February 2022.

- Store Manager at Uintah Standard from February 2019 to July 2021. Responsibilities included employee training, hiring and management, as well as website and P.O. management.

- Student Internship at Pollen from March 2020 to October 2020. Responsibilities included recruitment and development of Campus Ambassadors and representing Pollen on the University of Utah campus.

- Shift Manager at Urban Blues Inc from November 2017 to July 2019. Responsibilities included supervising employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing company financial data, and assisting the owner with purchasing merchandise and social media management.

Gillian Leonard completed their education at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 2018 to 2022, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they attended Alta High School and obtained their High School Diploma in 2018. In addition to their degrees, Gillian also obtained various certifications, including a BBA certification from the University of Utah, a Social/Behavioral Research Investigators and Key Personnel Certification from the CITI Program, and a GIAC HIPAA Security Implementation (GHSC) certification from Live Compliance, all in 2022.
