Mr. Don McCann has been with BCC as a Senior Project Manager for many years, successfully managing complex projects in Guam and Micronesia. Don understands the uniqueness and rigors of working in remote locations. As VP of Operations, he is responsible for the overall management of the day to day operations for the Black Group of Companies. Mr. McCann is vital to the future success of the companies ensuring financial viability and accountability for all on-going contracts.
