Aaron Nicholls is an experienced information technology professional with a strong background in technical support. Currently serving as an Information Technology Support Assistant at Black Country Housing Group since January 2022, Aaron previously worked as a 1st Line Engineer at Solutions 4 IT from September 2021 to January 2022, and as a Service Desk Engineer at Enforce Technology Limited from May 2016 to September 2021. Aaron holds a Level 3 Apprenticeship in 1st Line Support, Information Technology from QA Ltd (2016-2017) and completed GCSEs at Ormiston Forge Academy from 2010 to 2015.
