Phill Heales

Phill Heales is an experienced professional in asset and maintenance management, currently serving as the Head of Assets and Investment at Black Country Housing Group since May 2018. Heales oversees the in-house maintenance team, compliance, and asset management, managing a P&L responsibility of approximately £3.9 million per annum. Prior to this role, Heales held several positions in various organizations, including Commercial Manager and Property Care Team Manager at Midland Heart, and National Delivery Manager at Sanctuary Group, where responsibilities ranged from managing substantial repair operations to creating in-house maintenance teams.
