Michelle Forman

Michelle Forman is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and management. Currently serving as a Partner at Black Court LLC since September 2021, Michelle previously held the position of Vice President at Houlihan Lokey from June 2015 to December 2017. Prior to that, Michelle was an Associate at MESA Global until its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in June 2015, and worked as a Senior Analyst and Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from July 2009 to June 2012. Michelle earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School between August 2018 and May 2020, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science from Columbia University, obtained in 2009.
