Katrina Russell

Katrina Russell is an experienced professional in data management and customer service with a strong background in logistics and supply chain. Currently serving as a Master Data Manager at Black Diamond Group Inc. since May 2019, Katrina is responsible for reconciling daily sales invoices and supporting the Director of Allocation and Order Fulfillment. Previously, Katrina worked at Resin Technology as an Inventory Analyst, where monthly reconciliations of inventory for multiple warehouses were conducted. At DSM Coating Resins, Katrina progressed from a Receptionist/Customer Service role to Master Data Coordinator/Senior Customer Service Officer, managing customer service issues and master data functions using SAP. Katrina holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, and Music from Salem State University.
