Neil Behl

Neil Behl currently serves as a Research Assistant at Harvard Business School under Professor Victoria Ivashina, focusing on valuation for mega-cap private equity firms. Concurrently, Neil holds the position of Partner in L/S Equities at Black Diamond Capital Investors, LLC, and acts as a Senior Investment Research Analyst for the Harvard Financial Analysts Club, specializing in L/S Equities. As a Diligence Principal and Diligence Analyst for Harvard Undergraduate Capital Partners, Neil contributes to investment evaluation processes. Previous experience includes a Summer Analyst role at Tigbourne Capital Ltd, where Neil focused on ESG technology in the oil and gas sector, and a Private Equity Analyst position at Industrial Innovation Partners, Inc., centered on lower middle-market private equity. Neil is the Founder and CEO of Science Rocks!, a venture aimed at promoting science education for middle school students through innovative technology. Educationally, Neil is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Harvard University and has completed various programs, including the Wharton Global Youth Program and the Northwestern E-Focus Seminar.
