Heather Warren

Heather Warren has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Heather started their career as a Senior Consultant at Keane Consulting Group, where they led process improvement, system implementation, and training programs for clients in different industries. After Keane Consulting Group, they joined Lafarge North America - Northeast Region - Cement Division as the Director of Sales Operations and later as the Northeast Region Customer Value Center Manager. In these roles, they oversaw day-to-day operations, implemented customer satisfaction programs, and managed the CRM system. Following their time at Lafarge, Heather became the President of Vue Consulting Inc. and then worked at Acclaris, where they held multiple positions including Director of Client Support, Strategic Client Executive, and Vice President of Strategic Sourcing. In these roles, they managed client relationships, negotiated contracts, and developed vendor management programs. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President at Black Diamond Coatings.

Heather Warren obtained their MBA degree with a focus on Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in the years 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Marketing and Management at Indiana University Bloomington.
