Carlene Myers, CPA, CMA, FPA, serves as the Manager of Compensation, Benefits, Payroll & HRIS at Black Diamond Group since August 2018, leading a team focused on comprehensive compensation and payroll strategies across Canada, the United States, and Australia. Previously, in roles such as Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, Carlene provided vital budget and forecast analyses to executives. Additional experience includes positions at Emerson as Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst, managing accounting activities and developing budgets for strategic decisions, as well as prior roles at Sunwell Industries and AirSprint Inc. Carlene holds a Bachelor of Applied Business Administration in Accounting from Mount Royal University and has completed certifications in Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis.
