Robin Pearn

Robin Pearn, CPHR, currently serves as a Training and Development Advisor at Black Diamond Group, where responsibilities include developing a Skills Matrix and collaborating with organizational leaders to enhance role performance through targeted surveys and evaluations. Previously, Robin held roles as a Business Analyst and Training and Learning Coordinator at the same company, focusing on IT system requirements and training program delivery. Earlier experience at Alberta Precision Laboratories involved serving as a Junior Human Resources Consultant, where Robin contributed to organizational development and change management during a significant amalgamation. Robin began a career in human resources as a Generalist at BM Metals and Milman Industries. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Queen's University, along with training in MEDDIC methodology.
