Adam Henning has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Warehouse Worker at J.H. Bennett & Company, Inc. until 2009. Adam then joined Grand Rapids Building Company as a Head Custodian from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they worked at Datapak Services Corporation as an Inventory Specialist, responsible for inventory control and operating various warehouse machinery. In 2015, they became a Marketing Coordinator at PenCraft Books Publishing, where they coordinated marketing activities. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at DP250, sourcing merchandise, conducting market research, and managing inventory. Adam also worked as a Shipping Receiving employee at Neptech Inc during that time. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Social Media professional at Intertwine Corporation - Online Project Management Software. Adam then joined WLNS-TV as a Digital Sales Assistant from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are employed at BlackDoctor.org as a Digital Marketing & Sales Support role.

Adam Henning obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General-Japanese, from Lansing Community College from 2010 to 2013. Adam then went on to attend Cleary University from 2013 to 2015, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and New Media.
