Kenya Lloyd

Kenya Lloyd, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and corporate giving. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Giving at Black Girls Code since July 2017, Kenya excels in securing major grants, cultivating relationships with funding sources, and implementing strategic fundraising campaigns. Previous roles include Regional Program Manager at Black Girls Code, where Kenya led EdTech programs benefiting over 2,000 students, and Director of Program & Grants Management at the Women's Enterprise Development Center Inc., overseeing grant-funded initiatives. With a strong background in customer service management across various companies, Kenya has developed and executed training programs, enhanced operational efficiency, and managed successful project implementations. Kenya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Iona University.
