Kristina F.

Kristina F. currently serves as the Director of Operations at Black Girls CODE, where responsibilities include developing organizational policies to standardize processes and improve efficiency, as well as overseeing finance management and procurement. Prior to this role, Kristina held multiple positions at Achievement First, including Director of School Operations, where leadership involved coaching the operations team for over 550 students and managing enrollment recruitment. Additionally, Kristina has experience as Program Director at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, leading program operations for over 500 attendees and securing funding through proposals and grants. Kristina holds a degree in Communication in the Rhetoric from the University at Albany and a Graduate Certificate in Youth Studies from the CUNY School of Professional Studies.
